gran turismo umd dumper issue

Hello, 1st post, kinda new.
I am having an issue geting my gran turismo to copy to the mem card.
When i load up UMD Dumper it displays the GT icon, but no game name, and nothing in the taget file name except for mso:\ISO\.iso
I have renamed the target file name to Gran Turismo and it displays with the .iso in the target name spot, but it gives me an error mesage when atempting to back up:
There was an error starting the dump.
Check your filename is valid and your
UMD is clean then try again.
The game is bran new, and plays fine off the UMD

I tried backing up another game and it worked fine. I am only having this issue with gran turismo.
My current version of UMD Dumper is 0.3.0D
and my firmware version is :5.50 GEN-D

Iv done a search on this issue and only ran across 1 person with the same problome, but he didnt get any replys back on his post, and i dont recall the site.
