ok so just went from (genuine) sony 2 GB to a sandisk 8 GB memory stick, and stuff shows up in the memory card menu, but just goes to a blank screen, the home button works but nothing else, any suggestions?

EDIT: have tryed formating MS, did every thing but flash the SOB

hi is the 8 gig genuine and did you copy paste everything from 2 gig straight on to 8gig

hi you can check memory card to see if genuine by going to menu on psp ,then to memory card and pressing the triangle button for information and if in brackets saids unknown it is fake and if saids supported it is genuine .try this in some one elses psp or try 2gig card to confirm not psp at fault if 2 gig card is ok its the card ask for replacement or refund hope i helped a little bit,most cards on ebay are fake and also bought from asia my 16 gig is fake but works

yes it is real, bought it from walmart, and it turned out to be a bad copy to the ms (don't ya love it when the cord comes unplugged halfway through the transfer?). sorry for the late reply, FF crashed and i lost the page ty for the replys
